Douglas High School product Seth Rincon led the RiverHawk men at the 50th Charles Bowles Willamette XC Invitational. The team finished in 27th of 31 scoring teams. Rincon's time of 26:57 placed 163rd out of 333 runners. Seth's effort was a personal best by one minute and moved him into the number five spot on UCC's top 10 all-time performances. Fellow sophomore Viggo Beck finished next in 182nd with a time of 27:07. 

Sophomore Ella Mather (210th place) crossed the finish first for the team with a new personal best of 21:18 followed by Analise Miller (222nd) and Jessica Easterly (243rd). The ladies finished 28th in the team standings. 

The squads will be in action again at the George Oja Invite on October 18th, hosted by Linfield University. This will be the last regular season meet for the season before heading into championship mode.
